I NEED TO.....

to freaking lose 5 lbs I'm disgusted with myself. ( you all may think im not fat, i feel huge.!!) I'm 123-126 lbs. I wish i could make it to 115 lbs. I would be oh so happy. I need your guys help, what is the easiest ways to lose weight. FYI I hate I mean HATE working out. I'm lucky if i do Zumba on my Wii. I need other ideas and maybe some easy routines with working out. what should I eat? what's really good for you? Please comment and give me ideas. I really wanna do it.

  1. come to my house and work out with me haha. i think it takes a little bit of both working out and eating right that helps loose the weight, there isn't really a secret way without working out.

  2. and you shouldn't be worrying about your actual weight so much, i dont even own a scale because i would just worry about it everyday. i think if you feel good about yourself then that is whats important not the number on your scale.

  3. I'm feeling similar right now. I think it's so easy to put on the holiday weight. :) I hate to say it, but CARDIO is the best thing for weight loss. I hate working out too, but when I'm done I always feel better. Running or using an elliptical are your best bets. Get a work out buddy, it makes it more fun. Eat sensibly. I know Brandon hates it, but Chicken is great for weight loss. It's high in protein and low in fat. Starving yourself may help you lose weight, but it will come right back on when you start eating again. And who wants to be hungry all the time? (NOT ME!! I get cranky.) I've been having a protein shake in the morning, then I run 4-6 miles a day, and drink lots of water. Good luck with your weight loss goals. That said, I agree with Britt. I wouldn't focus too much on the number on the scale. Just worry about being healthy, and fit. Thats whats really important. Hug my brother for me would ya? I've been really missing that kid lately. Miss you guys!

  4. My fam is way into running and although its not always the funnest, you will lose it quick.. But really I just wanted to tell you how I love your main picture by the temple. It is so pretty!

  5. OH my gosh! I wish I had your problem. Just wait until you have kids! hahah. I gainned 50 lbs with my daughter... It sucks. And I still haven't lost all of it. But I would say along with eating healthy... eat less... just PORTION CONTROL. It has helped me loose weight alot. I hate working out too... so maybe put a little elbow greese into cleaning your house. . . You can definately get a little cardio in scrubbing your floors:) good luck. but believe me... you are already lucky to be soooo skinny:)

  6. I agree... you don't need to lose weight! You look awesome!! but I LOVE the Just Dance on Wii, it gives you a pretty good workout and it's way fun!
