General Conference
I did watch conference this morning, I admit I did fall asleep after thirty minutes. I did hear a few talks, my favorite one was from the lady(didn't get her name) She was like the general young woman lady? lol I'm probably so wrong on that! She talked about how guys wouldn't know how to take care of there daughter. She said just treat your wife with love and respect, and she will be raised great. All I know is if I ever have a daughter, my husband will raise our daughter amazingly. He treats me so well. Yes I drive him nuts, but he would never lay a hand on me, or treat me with disrespect. I hope my daughter sees this from him, and finds a amazing man like my husband.

This was easily my favorite talk as well. I love the way she addressed (and challenged)the men! It's so true that our children watch the way we treat each other as husband and wife. And I love that she said the best thing a man can do for his daughters (and children) is to love and honor their mother. As a mother to two girls I really appreciated her boldly telling the men how important it is for them to protect their daughters by being a righteous priesthood holder. I can tell you from experience, holding the priesthood makes for a better Daddy. :) Glad you enjoyed conference, and your nap.
