2- I used to be so skinny and tan. What the crap happened:( I want it back.
3- I used to dress so cute. Now i'm always in sweaters.
4- I use to be so happy and care free. Now I just worry about money and my life.
5- I am very happy I met my husband though. He is the best thing that has haappened to me. Can't I just have him and all of that too? Does anyone else feel like this?
ALLLLLL THE TIME. I feel this way and wonder what happened. I think it is just an adjustment you have to go through. Married life, life with kids, and living life off your money...not mom and dads. It takes time and then you will remember what is important to you and what doesn't really matter. Even if it something dumb, pick something that you are not willing to go with out and force your self to make time for it. Maybe yours should be a fancy dinner date night where you have to get dressed up and pretty! Do it every other week or at least once a month.
ReplyDeleteamen sister! I totally feel that way... I was like dang i use to be hott... now... wow. I look like a totally different person. I agree with what Suzie said. My neighbor has a 10 month old baby, she is sooo tiny. 110 maybe... and her house is ALWAYS clean and you will never see her without makeup or her hair done perfectly!!! I wanna be like that... So i tried for like a week to get all pretty even though I wasn't leaving the house... It didnt make me feel that good but I think there is a happy medium where you should get all dolled up for no reason at all and you can have lazy days too!!! Although I wish i could go back to a life without stretch marks... I'd do it all again for her:)*my baby girl*
ReplyDeleteOh gosh everyone is scaring me now! But no, Vanessa, I know there is no possible way you could ever gain a pound, you are tiny and whenever I've seen you you look great! I definitely think Suzie has a great idea about a date night, you are gorgeous and have a great husband, there is no reason to be unhappy!
ReplyDeleteThat's exciting about a new house, congrats!
Nessa,
ReplyDeleteHappiness is NOT having what we want...... It's WANTING what you have.
